In this uplifting and activating workshop, we’ll explore the Manipura, or Solar Plexus Chakra, the core of your willpower, confidence, and ability to take empowered action.

🔥 Identify signs of imbalance—such as lack of motivation, digestive issues, or difficulty setting boundaries

🧘♀️ Experience a guided visualization to awaken your strength and clarity
🧴 Create a revitalizing herbal body scrub using solar-powered botanicals and essential oils that energize, uplift, and support confidence

LOCATION: Westgate Community Center, 10001 De Vargas SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121
Please note:
~ This class is for people who are 18 years of age or older. Childcare is not available at the community center. Please plan accordingly.
~ Pre-registration is required so we have enough materials on hand. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Registration will close on August 4th.
~ Registration on or before July 25th will be $20.00 per person. Registration will be $25.00 thereafter.
~ Per the City of Albuquerque, if you do not have a community center pass, you will need to sign-up for one prior to participating. They are free! Please allow a few extra minutes before class to sign up for a community center pass.
