Start your adventure at our Pocono Whitewater Rafting Center, where you’ll check in before heading to Pocono Biking to get fitted with a high-quality Trek bicycle. Then, hit the D&L Rail Trail for a 23-mile ride through the breathtaking Lehigh Gorge—a perfect opportunity to ride, chat, and connect with an incredible group of women.

After the ride, enjoy a delicious sub lunch on the banks of the Lehigh River in charming Jim Thorpe. Relax, recharge, and enjoy the camaraderie of an all-women’s adventure crew.

Next up: a scenic hike in Lehigh Gorge State Park leading to a stunning overlook—ideal for capturing photos, soaking in the view, and celebrating the power of women conquering the outdoors together.

Then, it’s time for the grand finale—an 8-mile whitewater rafting trip down the Lehigh River! Experience the thrill of the rapids, support and cheer each other on, and make memories as you navigate past 18th-century ruins with expert rafting guides leading the way.

After an exhilarating day, return to Pocono Whitewater Adventure Center for a well-earned dinner, a cozy bonfire, and your first drink (beer or soda) on us! Unwind, share stories, and celebrate an incredible Women’s Big Day Out under the stars
