Stretch and Lengthen

EBMY presents: Stretch, strengthen & Lengthen with Renda. Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am.
Explore simple movements with enormous benefits.
This gentle, yet highly effective class is an hour long followed by an optional 10-minute meditation.
The First class starts July 8th- October. Suggested donation of $11 or $20 for those who would like to create a bouquet in the U-Pick Garden.
So join Renda under the giant walnut tree ( weather permitting)
Parking is available both on the farmhouse side or across the street at the U-Pick garden.
Renda will be setting up in the grass, so please bring a sheet or tablecloth, and anything that makes you comfortable: a yoga mat, etc..
This class is great for everyone, from the seasoned athlete who needs a deep stretch to those with little to no experience.
