Whether you're looking for a weekend recharge before enjoying some Downtown shopping and dining, or just taking some time out for yourself, State Street Yoga is here for you! Certified yoga instructors will lead one-hour classes perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis each week. Just remember to bring your own yoga mat, water, and sunscreen!

Free Registration
State Street Yoga classes are 100% free, but registration is required for all guests. Use the link above to complete the free online registration. We encourage all guests to register in advance to receive email updates about classes, but we will also provide free registration on-site at the start of each class.
Parking
Free weekend parking is available on the street throughout Downtown. For more parking information, visit downtownalbany.org/parking.
Rain
Outdoor yoga is weather-dependent. In case of rain, classes will be moved to Omni Fitness Center at 54 State St. Register for a class to receive email updates and be notified when class is moved indoors, or follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter/X for the latest. Updates will also be posted in the Facebook event.
