Resonant Retreat: A Sound Bath & Sound Healing Talk
Join us for an evening of deep restoration and gentle exploration through sound. This 90-minute experience begins with a one-hour ocean-themed sound bath designed to transport you to the shoreline—featuring flowing ocean sounds, ambient tones, and a chakra-balancing sequence with singing bowls, gong, and chimes to realign the body and mind.
As part of a grounding ritual, each guest will receive a small dollop of coconut oil to warm in their hands, subtly infusing the room with the scent of the seaside. The hum of the cooling AC blends with the soundscape as a natural white noise element, deepening the sensory experience.
Following the sound bath, we’ll shift into a short, engaging talk on the science and history of sound healing—exploring both its ancient roots and modern applications while integrating your experience. A final 15-minute Q&A invites your curiosity and reflections, creating space for dialogue and deeper listening.
Leave feeling centered, renewed, and more attuned to the vibrational world within and around you.
