Pasta Making & Gnocchi Cooking Class

Frederick’s travels through Italy have inspired this two part class which will show case traditional techniques and the best tips to prepare the finest fresh pasta.

In addition to an array of pasta styles, Frederick shares how to perfect gnocchi for you to also replicate at home for your family and friends.

Accompanying 6 varieties of pasta and gnocchi, we will create an array of sauces to compliment each dish.

In our Pasta & Gnocchi class you will learn how to create;

Wild mushroom tortellini
Smoked salmon ravioli
Tagliatelle
Fettucine
Pappardelle
Ricotta Gnocchi

Accompanied by;

Sage infused Brown Butter
Spiced Poached Pear & Gorgonzola
Guanciale, Black Pepper, Pecorino Romano

Followed by;

Chocolate & Orange Zabaglione
