Discover Pop-Up Pumpkins & The All Hallow E'en Art Path

Note: Sign ups for this event guarantees a pumpkin. If the event is Sold Out, you and your family are still encouraged to join us for treats and activities!

Come join us on Indigenous Peoples Day for FREE family activities at the Discover Albany Visitors Center! From 11:00am-2:00pm, we will provide fun (and educational!) fall activities.

Activities Include

• Pumpkin Decorating: Mess free pumpkin painting! Pumpkins are first come, first serve. Register to be guaranteed a pumpkin! Coloring pages by local artist Cara Hanley will also be available.

• History Touch Table: Learn about the Native Americans and the early Dutch colonists by engaging with the Early Life in Albany touch table. You will be encouraged to handle artifacts from both cultures – including real animal pelts!

• Scavenger Hunt: Albany Center Gallery has transformed Downtown into the All Hallow E’en Art Path! Local artists have created unique fall-themed artwork and their work is displayed on Pearl Street. See if you can discover all the artwork with Discover Albany’s free scavenger hunt! A free guided tour of the path will be available at 1:00 but scavenger hunt pages will be available for self-guded experiences.

Discover the All Hallow E’en Art Path is part of the All Hallow E’en Festival. More Halloween fun can be found at www.albanyhalloween.com.

You do NOT need a ticket to attend! The Eventbrite ticket guarantees a pumpkin. All other activities are available, regardless if you sign up on Eventbrite.

Parking Information:

On-Street parking along Broadway will be free on Monday October 14th for the Holiday.
