Come bask in the glow of a New York state summer, where the produce is fresh and abundant. In this class, you’ll learn how to use farmer’s market fare creatively, for lunches, picnics, dinner parties and quiet dinners, taken on the porch. This class is permitted for individuals 16 years and older.

-Coconut Corn Salad with Peanuts and Lime
-Marinated Cherry Tomatoes with Burrata
-Fish Tacos with Zucchini Salsa, Crema and Herbs
-Summer Fruits Galette with Crunchy Sugar and Vanilla Whipped Cream
