Join us for a delicious cocktail (or two), the joyous beats of DJ Kula Baker, and an eclectic collection of fine art at The Yard at Saltbreaker. What better way to celebrate the start of the weekend than a cocktail, art, music, good vibes, and stunning sunset mashup?
Come to simply enjoy a lovely evening and admire the art - or - you’re invited to place your bid in the Silent Art Auction for a chance to go home with a stunning new piece for your collection. Thanks to the support of a wonderful community of artists united in supporting the West End Arts District, we are excited to share a diverse selection of work by local and national artists. Online bidding is now open and will close at the end of the evening on Friday, October 3.
The Yard at Saltbreaker is the latest patio extension of the immensely popular Saltbreaker restaurant in Alameda Point. As the name suggests, we'll be outdoors, so dress for the weather. Your ticket includes one free house cocktail (or mocktail) and there is a delicious menu of bites/mains if all that admiring of art works leaves you feeling hungry.
All proceeds from the evening benefit the West End Arts District, a 501(c)(3)nonprofit and community-led initiative to foster and celebrate the performing and visual arts in the West End of Alameda.
