Sourdough Lab: Intro to Inclusions and Swirl

Welcome to the swirl-happy, flavor-packed intro to sourdough recipe development. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll start with beautifully proofed dough (no mixing, no waiting) just pure hands-on creativity.

You’ll be able to choose from a colorful lineup of dry inclusions (think fruit, herbs, spices, seeds, and a few surprises) to make your loaf your own - be it a cherished memory, a favorite taste, or a 1 am bout of inspiration.

Once your loaf is shaped and packed with flavor, it’s ready to take home for its final rise and next-day bake.

During the workshop, we’ll talk about what to do when it’s time to score and bake and bake a loaf together to ensure you have everything you need to bake a perfect loaf.
