About the event

Stress Reduction Workshop for teens

We will start with discussing stress and how to recognize stress in the body. Participants will then learn methods for stress reduction including Zentangle Art and Sound Healing. We will finish with a short meditation with Crystal Sound Bowls. This class is 90 minutes, is $10 and is appropriate for ages 12 - 18
