About the event

Saturday TEFBR Trail Run

We will run Dogwood to Nuthatch to the jogging path. We will take the jogging path to the restroom/water fountain. We will then take the jogging path back and pick up Dogwood back to Sandrun. This will give you a little over 10miles. Good taper for BR. I will be continuing on to Parcours to Buckeye/Valley link to the Towpath and back for 16mi. There are many mileage options and multiple water spots.
