Fall Equinox Guided Drone Meditation w/ HAREN & THORLA ft. KC Woodford

Experience the welcoming of the fall season through layers of sound and vibration brought to you by HAREN & THORLA on Thursday, September 18th from 7-8:30PM.

With the support of yoga props, blankets, and restorative postures, you'll be guided by KC Woodford into a grounded and expansive meditative state where you can integrate into the balancing energies of the Fall Equinox. Relax into rest and imagination while a cosmic soundscape washes the room.
