Rest + Reset: Reiki + Restorative Workshop

Join Alexandra Krim (!!!) on Sunday, September 14th from 2-3:30PM for 90 minutes of deep restoration during her Rest + Reset: Reiki + Restorative Yoga Workshop.

During this workshop, we will find gentle movement to open the body, practice mudras and simple mantras to relax the nervous system, and end with multiple long-held restorative postures while Reiki is shared for an extended period of time with everyone.

Props will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable- a special blanket, your own yoga props, a crystal or intentional belonging, and water.

Space is limited to ensure we have enough props to make this experience as dreamy as possible for each one of you <3
