We use a long-fermented dough that enhances both the flavor and digestibility of the crust while creating a light, airy texture. Our dough is a unique blend of Terra House’s original recipe and Neapolitan-style pizza, giving you the best of both worlds.
During the class, you’ll learn how to shape, stretch, top, and bake your own pizza, choosing from a variety of delicious toppings. Along the way, we’ll share tips and techniques to help you recreate amazing artisan pizza in your own kitchen.
Fun, interactive, and delicious—this class is perfect for anyone who loves great pizza. Pizzas can be taken home or enjoyed in the Cafe. This class is approximately 2 hours and is appropriate for ages 12 and up. Non-alcoholic and alcohol can be purchased to enjoy with your pizza.
