• Safe sleep practices including the ABC's of safe sleep, where your child should be sleeping to provide the safest possible conditions, how to set up your child's room to create an optimal sleep environment and what your baby should be wearing to sleep, including tips on swaddling vs. not swaddling.
• The best nap schedule according to age, how to get your child to nap longer, and signs to watch for when your child is ready to drop a nap.
• Some valuable tips on healthy sleep habits, tips to get your child to sleep independently, and sleep practices that you can introduce to your newborn right away
