Sound Journey for Relaxation

✨Our Sound Journey is called a Journey rather than a sound bath because we will take you on a journey to complete relaxation. The Sound Journey is in the evening so you may return home for a good nights sleep. The Journey is about 1 hour of sound. We will incorporate gentle breathing and movement to prepare you for the Journey.

🎼Blaise has been a musician for over 20 years. He plays the Australian didgeridoo, the West African djembe, Indigenous framed drum, the hand pan, guitar and Tibetan tingsha. Heather brings the feminine approach playing the Himalayan singing bowls handmade with gold on the full moon, the majestic white quartz bowls, the double barrel flute while weaving in meditative prompts, gentle slow breaths and songs for the heart. Our Sound Journeys have something for everyone!

😌What do you do during our Sound Journey. Nothing! You lay comfortably in a cozy nest of blankets and pillows.

🛏️Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets, 1 pillow for your head, 1 pillow for your knees (if you like) your favourite eye mask, water bottle, loose fitting comfortable clothing and socks.

🪑If you prefer to sit on a chair rather than lay down please bring your own comfortable chair like a camping chair or lawn chair. We do not have chairs available.

☕There will be homemade Chai Tea, hot water and drinking water served after the Sound Journey.

🕉️If you are looking to do breathwork, meditation, relax, connect with new people this is the perfect experience for you!

🤯If you've watched all of Netflix and Prime and Disney and Paramount come and enjoy a quiet evening of inner reflection for a change!
