The demands of modern living, being overly connected via the internet, and commitments with work and family often leave us feeling tired, wired, stressed, overwhelmed, and just generally depleted.

Your nervous system is perfectly designed to be pliable and help you to adjust and move through the ups and downs of life with ease.
In this workshop style class, you will learn yoga techniques to use to support, calm and ground you during the ebb and flow of life.
This session includes:
-Three breathing techniques to calm your nervous system
-A yin yoga practice / sequence specifically designed to ground, calm and regulate your nervous system
-A workbook to guide you through this practice at home
-A Dharma talk on acceptance, resilience, finding comfort in discomfort, being flexible and pliable in your life
Having a practice like this in your tool belt is essential for the demands of modern life. Following this session you will have a practice that you can implement into your life during times of heightened stress, or as a regular maintenance practice to maintain a calm and grounded state, and reduce general stress and anxiety.
