We will begin with a guided Qigong practice—simple, meditative movements that awaken your life force energy, calm the nervous system, and bring you into the present moment.

As your body and energy open, you will be guided into an intuitively led sound meditation using crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and other vibrational tools.
