Questa volta verrà ad accompagnarci nel mondo dei luppoli e dei lieviti Antonio Venier di Villa Chazil, agribirrificio di Nespoledo.

Se c'è un birrificio che può vantare le caratteristiche di località, filiera corta ed autoproduzione è proprio Villa Chazil che si coltiva il proprio luppolo nei campi dietro al birrificio ed il malto nel territorio friulano.

Antonio ci porterà ad assaggiare alcune delle loro ricette brassicole e qualche esemplare delle materie prime così da godere di un'esperienza gustativa ed olfattiva completa.

Ci vediamo martedì 15 luglio, alle 20:30 al Parco dell'Isonzo a Turriaco!
