Refund Policy

1. Registration & Payment:

• Confirmation: Your registration is confirmed upon successful payment of the applicable fees. You will receive an email confirmation, which serves as your ticket for entry.
• Payment Method: All payments must be made through the designated registration portal/method.

2. Refunds & Cancellations:

• Participant Cancellation: All registrations are non-refundable. We encourage serious commitment to your healing journey.
• Organizer Cancellation: In the rare event that the organizer cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued to all registered participants within 10-15 business days. Participants will be notified of any cancellation.
• Partial Attendance/No-Show: No refunds or partial credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or non-attendance for any reason.

3. Ticket Transferability:

• Your registration is transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend.
• To transfer your ticket, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. Please provide the full name and contact details (email, phone number) of the new attendee. Transfers requested after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.

4. Event Attendance & Conduct:

• Punctuality: We highly recommend arriving 15 minutes before the stated start time to allow for smooth check-in and to settle in comfortably. The session will begin promptly on time. Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable break to enter, to avoid disrupting the immersive experience for others.
• Conduct: We maintain a sacred and respectful space. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and participants asked to leave due to disruptive behavior will not receive a refund.
• Health & Well-being: By attending, you confirm you are in a suitable physical and mental state to participate in gentle movement, meditation, and emotional reflection exercises. If you have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare professional prior to attending.

5. Intellectual Property & Content:

• All content, materials, meditations, and techniques shared during this event and within the bonuses are the intellectual property of Priyanka Prajapati and Priya Shah.
• Recording (audio or video) of any part of the session is strictly prohibited to maintain the sanctity and privacy of the space.
• In case of any materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Liability:

• Participants assume all risks associated with attending the event. The facilitators and organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event.
• The healing and self-reflection practices offered are for personal growth and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

7. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event communication, administration, providing the specified bonuses and further event communications.
• Any personal sharing within the sacred circle is confidential within the group; however, organizers cannot guarantee complete confidentiality outside the session's boundaries.

8. Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, government mandates) that prevent the event from proceeding, organizers reserve the right to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued as per the Organizer Cancellation policy.
