Refund Policy

✅ Refund Eligibility:

• Tickets once booked are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional conditions:
• Event cancellation by the organizer.
• Date/postponement changes initiated by the organizer, which affect your ability to attend.
• Technical failure during payment where money is debited but the ticket is not issued.

🔁 No Refund Scenarios:

• No-shows or non-attendance due to personal reasons (travel, health, etc.).
• Entry denied due to violation of event rules or terms.
• Change of mind or double booking by user.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, weather issues, etc.).

📅 Rescheduling Policy:

• If the event is postponed, existing tickets remain valid for the new date.
• No separate refund will be provided in such cases unless explicitly stated.

🔒 Ticket Transfer:

• Name change or ticket transfer may be allowed only once, and must be requested at least 72 hours before the event.
