Refund & Transfer Policy:

Please note that no refunds will be issued in case you are unable to attend the event. However, your spot can be transferred to another individual. If you wish to transfer your registration, kindly arrange your backfill and inform us at least 12 hours prior to the event with the new participant's details.

Event – Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in the HYROX Simulation Event hosted by Run Crew, Flex Fit and Shaishya Pulse Arena, all participants agree to the following terms:

Health & Medical Responsibility

• Participants confirm that they are in good physical condition and have no known medical conditions or injuries that may prevent them from safely participating in a high-intensity workout.
• Participants with any medical history or health concerns must consult their physician before attending the event.
• Run Crew and associated partners are not liable for any injury, illness, or health complication that may arise before, during, or after the event.
• First aid will be available on site.

Personal Belongings

• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the event.
• Run Crew, Flex Fit or Shaishya Pulse Arena will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items at the venue.

Photography & Media

• By participating, you grant Run Crew and Flex Fit permission to capture and use photos/videos of the event for promotional purposes.

Behavior & Sportsmanship

• All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude throughout the event.
