Join me Tuesday evening in Pézenas for a special Yin-Yang practice aligned with this week’s powerful New Moon in Leo—a moon full of opportunities to connect with your heart, align with your truth, and plant seeds for a month of authentic transformation.

We’ll begin with gentle movement to awaken the spine—think cat-cow waves and kneeling sun salutations—before flowing into a lunar variation of moon salutes. The second half of class invites you to settle into cooling, longer-held seated postures to open the heart and hips, ending with a guided meditation to ground your intentions.

This class is designed to balance strength, fire, and flow with softness, cooling, and stillness—perfect for connecting inward, releasing tension, and planting seeds for the cycle ahead.
