Hello ladies!
Tomorrow’s class is all about playing with tempo—we’ll start by gathering that airy Vata energy (wind + ether) through gentle pulsing and fun, somatic flow. Then, we’ll slow it way down, rolling into the support of the earth to ground and release deeply 🌿

This week, we’re heading into Mercury Retrograde, right on the heels of a big shift: Uranus has moved into Gemini—an 84-year cycle!
That’s a lot of movement. A lot of intensity.
Which makes it the perfect moment to slow down, pause, and enter the “re-” energy of Mercury Retrograde:
Re-center. Reconnect. Reflect. Re-store.

Let’s move with intention and grace through the winds of change.
