Intro to Woodworking

Program Description:

Embark on your woodworking journey with our Intro to Woodworking course, a 7-day intensive class designed to cover the fundamentals of woodworking, focusing on machine techniques. This course is ideal for beginners, with no prior experience required. With a maximum of 8 students, you'll receive personalized instruction in a fully equipped machine room.

Students will start by crafting a long grain cutting board, a project that introduces the essential skills of milling wood. As the course progresses, you'll explore a variety of joinery techniques, building the foundational knowledge needed for more complex projects. The course culminates in designing and constructing a side table, where you'll learn to read and execute detailed project plans.

Attendance Requirements: Students must attend all days
