Immerse yourself in the tranquility of "Winter Stillness," a two-hour experience dedicated to profound relaxation, yoga, and meditation. This specially crafted session is designed to guide you into the deepest realms of restoration and rejuvenation.
Join Vani for an enriching one-hour very gentle yoga practice, targeting the connective tissues and releasing emotional blocks. Following this, indulge in a one-hour session of Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic sleep. This practice leads you to the threshold between wakefulness and dreaming, allowing access to your subconscious for a truly revitalising experience.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We provide props but request that you bring a large towel to place over the top of the bolster. If you would prefer to bring your own props, you are most welcome - we will be using a bolster and two blocks. You are welcome to bring your own blanket if it will help you get comfy.
