We’re thrilled to let you know that Walk a Mile in My Boots is returning on Friday, 8 August 2025 – and we’d love for you to walk with us again and help raise vital funds to support people in our community experiencing homelessness.
This year, we’ve made some exciting changes based on your feedback to make the experience even more meaningful and accessible:
🌟 New, simplified route – Start and finish in Victoria Park, with easier access and plenty of space to connect with others.
🎉 Bigger community hub – Meet fellow fundraisers and Hutt St Centre staff, hear powerful impact stories, and soak up the feel-good vibes before and after the walk.
🏅 Exclusive rewards & new merch – Earn special rewards or grab our latest Hutt St Centre gear to wear with pride and show your support.
👣 Walk your way - Join us on the big day or choose your own time and place for a DIY walk with your school, workplace, or community group
