Ultimate frisbee skills and pick up: marking

Come along to fine tune your frisbee skills and play some female pick up

Who: female matching players who have basic to advanced frisbee skills
What: 1 hour of skills followed by women's pickup

Bring a light and a dark top for pick ups.
These sessions will be on the following dates, with the following coach: Nicole

*Note if on the Wednesday prior, there are not 7 people going, the event will be cancelled. Therefore, make sure you mark if you are going or remove it if you can no longer can attend.

6 SEP Anna - 7 cuts
20 SEP - Nicole defensive positioning
4 Oct Anna - poaching
