About the event

Stewart Reserve & Bob Lewis Reserve working bee
Join us for a sunny morning outside as we maintain two local biodiversity reserves in the heart of Glenelg North. We begin at Stewart Reserve, Burrupa Avenue, where we will carry out W**d control in the biodiversity beds established in 2018. Then we cross the river to Bob Lewis Reserve, (Highland Ave) to maintain the plantings from 2019 and check progress on the frog bog.

All volunteers welcome. Please meet us by the volunteers trailer to register for the activity. You will be comfortable in a long sleeved top, long pants, closed shoes and broad brimmed hat. All tools, equipment, PPE can be supplied by the friends, as well as a morning tea to end the working bee.
