Please note that attendees will need to arrive no later than 1.45pm for a strict 2.00pm start time. To ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for all participants, the studio doors will be locked promptly at the start of the event, and we kindly ask that late arrivals refrain from knocking.

Restorative yoga
A delicious 60-minute restorative yoga class designed to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and renewal. This gentle practice uses supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to help your body fully relax in each pose, allowing tension to melt away effortlessly. Restorative yoga is a powerful tool to calm the nervous system, promote mindfulness, and create space for healing. It has been shown to alleviate stress, improve sleep, enhance flexibility, and support overall mental and physical well-being. Allow yourself to surrender to the gentle embrace of these nurturing poses as you’re guided to reconnect with your breath and inner stillness. This session invites you to pause and reset leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and rebalanced in both body and mind. This is your time to rest, recover, and restore.
Sound bath
Be taken on a magical journey of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, and more, during this 60-minute sound healing immersion. Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. It has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain. Allow your body and mind to surrender to the gentle, nurturing embrace of harmonious sounds as you're transported to a space of deep relaxation. Melt away stress and tension as the vibrations wash over you, guiding you into a state of profound tranquility. This is your opportunity to recalibrate, rebalance and experience healing at a deep cellular level.
