Safe and Connected NUM and NM workshop with EDON

The workshop will explore how the Safe and Connected platform can enhance patient flow, discharge planning, and proactive workforce strategies - including rostering, NHPPD, and premium labour management. It will also examine the impact on patient outcomes and experiences, particularly in relation to Contobs. The overarching goal is to gain a deeper understanding of the variations in Safe and Connected outcomes, and to promote consistency across programs and roles to support ongoing success and sustainability.

• Taxi Vouchers will be provided to those who are on roster and not located at RAH (please contact EDONO Office if you require a taxi voucher).
• EDON office will provide refreshments for afternoon tea.
• As NUMs/NMs you will be expected to prepare a slide or document regarding your role and what you “do”. Be ready to talk to others at your table on the day.
