Poetry Slam Workshop Campbelltown Library

With the 2025 Australian Poetry Slam competition kicking off in August, it’s a great time to select a poem and begin practising your performance.
To get you warmed up, Spoken Word SA are pleased to announce that we will be running some Slam Poetry Workshops in the lead up to the heats.
Join one of Spoken Word SA’s talented team members for a chance to explore slam poetry, follow a series of prompts to write a poem, perform in front of your peers and gain valuable feedback.
The Poetry Slam Workshop is a perfect opportunity for beginners to build their courage and for experienced poets to hone their skills.
Enter the slam heats with confidence for a chance to win cash prizes and the possibility of going all the way to the national final in Sydney.
