“Life & Death Full Circle” with Swami Yogakanti Saraswati. A relaxed, inspiring one day program based on her book of the same title. Swami Yogakanti skilfully weaves together spiritual philosophies and wisdom traditions, encouraging a deeper appreciation of the fullness of life.
Swami Yogakanti Saraswati is a renowned International Teacher, she has spent over 40 years studying and teaching Yoga and Meditation with the Bihar School of Yoga in India. She has two Masters of Philosophy Degrees - one from Sydney University - The Ancient Science of Yoga in a contemporary world, and the second one Studying Yoga Techniques for Liberation in the Advayataraka Upanishad. Swami Yogakanti has authored books including Life and Death - Full Circle, and Living Shankara - the Legacy of Adi Shankaracharya, written a Sanskrit Glossary, and edited many of the Bihar School of Yoga publications.
She teaches in a very practical and accessible way.
Morning and afternoon teas and a delicious nourishing vegetarian lunch will be provided with both gluten and dairy free options.

The program will include satsang, yoga asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and Yoga Nidra.
