Build an arsenal of proven, reality-based self-defense tactics and techniques by joining our powerful Krav Maga Fundamentals course, commencing Monday August 11, 2025.
Sessions are 6pm and 615pm respectively Monday and Thursday nights.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the basic psychological, tactical, technical and physical skills needed to build your strength and confidence - and enable you to respond to a variety of violent confrontations and situations at different stages of the threat continuum.
Delivered by internationally trained Krav Maga experts, you’ll ground yourself in the foundational knowledge and skills to advance to our upper-level classes and gradings.
In four weeks, you will:
· Understand the generic responses to a threat situation
· Have a greater sense of situational awareness
· Recognize signals and behaviors commonly shown by attackers
· Be equipped with pre-confrontation, pre-fight, fight and post-fight posturing, positioning and tactics
· Understand exit strategies, stances and striking
· Know how to release yourself from common grabs, including chokes and holds
· Be armed with basic defense against armed and unarmed attackers
· Know how to deal with falls, how to defend yourself on the ground, and how to get up from the ground
· Understand when and how to use common objects as shields, distractions and weapons
· Be instilled with mindset-determination and aggression training skills
And if you feel like a challenge can jump into our competition level Muay Thai and BJJ sessions too. We train fighters and competitors too. We don't play pretend tough guy/girl make believe.
