NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming can be thought of as a 'manual for the mind' it related to the processes and language that we use to communicate with the unconscious mind to deliver our results in life.
Over this 2 day event you will:
- Develop and enhance your communication skills, learn ways to better manage mind and emotions.
- Learn how to connect on a deep level with other people so that you can develop cooperation rather than conflict.
- Learn how to notice what’s going on in other people. The ability to detect and understand the behaviours of others is one of the most useful skills in all NLP, it is the foundation of effective non-verbal communication.
- Learn powerful NLP techniques that will assist you to stop self sabotaging behaviours and inter conflicts to get the outcomes that you want.
- Learn simple techniques to see your world from different perspectives. Seeing situations from a different perspective.
- Learn how to un-hypnotise yourself from limiting beliefs and dis-empowering models of the world.

This Weekend is heavily focused not just on the learning but also unlearning that which no longer serves you. This will include also having a powerful embodied experience of your most empowered self.
This 2 day event is for people who are ready to breakthrough what has been holding them back or those ready to take their life to the next level and play a bigger game!
On top of 2 full days of content, experiences and embodiment practices, you will receive an event booklet and post event support and accountability.
We will be dropping into some very deep topics and having some very powerful experiences together so make sure you come to this event with an open mind and an open heart. You will definitely not be the same person you were by the time you walk away from this event.

Dress code is comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
