Highland Cow Cake Decorating Class
Join us for a fun and hands-on cake decorating class where you'll create your very own adorable highland cow cake using buttercream!
Perfect for both beginners and seasoned decorators, this class will guide you step-by-step — from shaping and layering your cake to piping textured “fur” and crafting the cow’s signature horns and fluffy fringe.
In this class, you’ll learn:
Basic cake torting and crumb-coating techniques
How to create realistic buttercream textures

Adding personality with fondant accents
