FREE Kids Confidence Building & Self Defence Workshop

Help your kids combat bullying and join us for a fun workshop of confidence building and basic self defence, with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt, David Picca, & Tae-Kwon-Do 1st Dan Black Belt, Lana Delkic. The workshop will take place at Chau Kaizen - 80 Churchill (Rear Building) road Prospect, 5082.

The first 20 minutes will include confidence building exercises and we will then learn 4 self defence techniques. Partner up and practise how to disengage a bully/attacker.

IT'S FREE, COME JOIN US! It will be a fun and relaxed environment! One parent is welcome to join the mat if their child needs extra encouragement.

IMPORTANT: Please wear comfortable gym clothing. Shoes need to be taken off on the mats, and don't forget your drink bottle!
