Celebration of Ministry Service

You are invited to a celebration of ministry service in the Presbytery of Southern SA on Sunday, June 22 2025 @ 3pm.

Significant changes in leadership are unfolding for Rev Peter McDonald, Rev Lawrie Linggood and Mr Bronte Wilson.

Peter will relinquish his role as chairperson by conducting the installation of Bronte Wilson (Chair Elect) as the new Chairperson of the Presbytery.

Bronte will then conduct the induction of Lawrie Linggood as our new Presbytery minister.

The service will be an opportunity to acknowledge and release Lawrie from his role as Pastoral Relations Chairperson and Peter from Presbytery Chairperson.

It will also acknowledge and pray for Peter, who after 19 years at Uniting Communities, has accepted an invitation by Rosefield Uniting Church to provide supply ministry until the end of the year.

Please come and show your support for our local Presbytery leadership as well as celebrate the 48th birthday of the Uniting Church.
