Sharon is a holistic practitioner who loves supporting people on their journey to greater wellbeing. She offers Bowen Therapy, Aroma Touch, (Using Essential oils) and Reiki, creating a safe and nurturing space for relaxation and healing. Sharon’s work helps ease physical discomfort, reduce stress and restore balance to mind, body and spirit. With a gentle and caring approach, she empowers others to reconnect with themselves, find calm and experience more energy, clarity and healing.
