THE LAST HOORAH
It’s the last ever show for rock/blues band ‘Hoy-Hoy!’. Our final hoorah! Join us on Sunday, November 9, at the Semaphore Workers Club from 4pm. Yes, this is our final, last for good, yep for real, no Johnny Farnhams, show on Sunday, November 9.
Good mates Chris Finnen and Trapper are on board with the old feller Frank Lang to give Hoy-Hoy! one final send off. Founded by Frank in 1988, there will be many Hoy-Hoy! music memories to share at our final gig. Frank will resurrect a few fave tunes, including ‘Extra Jimmies’, as he wants to show off his bass solo skills. Chris’ fingers are keen to make his guitar sing, as only he knows how, and Trapper is ready to let loose on the drums. Gabriel Chammah on sassy sax rounds off the line up for this final farewell to Hoy-Hoy!
Good friend Don Morrison will be opening the show, so don’t be late.
Hoy-Hoy! everybody to the Semaphore Workers Club, where the reds get the Blues, Sunday November 9 from 4-8 PM.
See you there.
