Team RunFree 'Miles of Smiles' 5K

Team RunFree is back ! Join us on Saturday, June 21st for a great 5K race that travels the streets, trails and parks of Adel.

Team RunFree is celebrating our 10th anniversary - it is our 10 year 'smilestone'. :) And to celebrate, you can register for just $10 (until May 1st). The price bumps to $20 after that, and will be $25 on race day.

The 5K race runs a fun 3.1 mile route through the streets, trails and parks of Adel. Are you a walker ? Yay for you because you can register for the 2 mile walk - and still get all the perks. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 runners in each age/gender group.

Get amped up with pre and post-race music . Participants (and volunteers) receive a Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwich, fruit and snacks. The Rooted Bean roastery will be serving their awesome coffee for all !

We took last year off, but are back and ready to bring you a great, fun race (or walk) event. Sign up, join the fun and help Team RunFree's adaptive running team create even more 'miles of smiles'.
