What:
This workshop brings to life the spiritual principles and practices of Alcoholics Anonymous from their Oxford Group roots to the present day.
It focuses on early AA’s lost but life-changing practice known as Two Way Prayer. The workshop is open to members of any 12-step fellowship and to spiritual seekers of all stripes

Why:
Many in recovery struggle to find a simple and effective prayer and meditation practice. AA Co-Founder Bill Wilson wrote: “…something was lost from A.A. when we stopped emphasizing the morning meditation.”

Speaker:
Father Bill W. from Austin, TX has been active in 12-step recovery since 1972. A gifted teacher and leader in the treatment field, he has led spirituality workshops throughout the country on the spiritual history of AA. His focus is on the study and practice of Two Way Prayer. Bill hosts a weekly podcast, a bi-monthly newsletter and maintains a website: Twowayprayer.org. His new book titled: “The Power of Two Way Prayer” will be personally signed and available for sale after the presentation.
