Join us for a five-course experience crafted by Executive Chef Connie Trujillo — bold, vibrant dishes paired with premium tequila and tequila cocktails.

The Menu
🥑 Spicy Tuna Tostada with chipotle mayo & tequila lime drizzle
🦐 Garlic Shrimp Crostini with guajillo chile
🥗 Jícama, Beet & Arugula Salad with citrus tequila vinaigrette
🍖 Tamarind Mole Short Rib with sweet corn purée
🍮 Hazelnut Choco-Flan with tequila cream

Each course is paired with a custom tequila or cocktail to complement the flavors.
