As you know, most universities focus heavily on theory, and students often lack exposure to the realities of construction sites. Having experienced these challenges ourselves, we felt the responsibility to guide the next generation — so they can gain practical skills early and avoid the difficulties we once faced.
Through this program, our trainees have been introduced to real site projects and practical knowledge. Even within a short time, they have gained valuable insights that will benefit their professional journey.
