Yu-Gi-Oh Time Wizard: Goat Format 20th Anniversary Retro Pack 2 Box Tourney

ATTENTION DUELISTS! This tournament follows special rules:

• The legal card pool, Forbidden/Limited Lists, game and card rules will completely reflect the historical format of SJC Indianapolis which took place in August 2005. Please note, the 2005 Collector Tins and Cybernetic Revolution are NOT included in this format. All of the above information can be found on the .
• The use of OCG cards is allowed. Double-sleeving is encouraged (to avoid potential marked card penalties). Sleeves with partial or fully transparent backs are prohibited if using a mix of TCG and OCG cards.
• End-of-match procedure: An additional 3 full turns will be added to games that go to time, then a Life Point comparison is performed.

-Entry fee: $20.00, due at the time of registration.

-You MUST have a Konami Card Game Network ID (KCGN ID) to participate. If this is your first time playing in a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament at our store, please bring your KCGN ID card/number with you. If you don't have one, you must register for one on the My Konami website or the Yu-Gi-Oh Neuron app PRIOR to enrolling in the tournament. Please also familiarize yourself with tournament rules and policy before coming to the store.

-The tournament is August 2005 Goat Format with a number of rounds of Swiss based on attendance (4-8 players = 3 rounds, 9-16 players = 4 rounds, 17+ players = 5 rounds). Rounds are 45-minute timed best-of-three-game matches.

-Each player will receive 4 OTS packs just for participating in the tournament, and will add 5 Retro Pack 2 booster packs into the prize pool. Additional prizes are awarded at the conclusion of the tournament based on match points (scored 3 points per win, 1 point per draw, 0 points per loss) and attendance as follows. Players may exchange any number of Retro Pack 2 booster pack prizes they would receive for $4.00 store credit each.

3 rounds

• 9 pts = Retro Pack 2 booster box (24 booster packs)
• 5-7 pts = Cut of the prize pool based on attendance
• 4 pts or fewer = No additional prize

4 rounds

• 12 pts = Retro Pack 2 booster box (24 booster packs)
• 7-10 pts = Cut of the prize pool based on attendance
• 6 pts or fewer = No additional prize

5 rounds

• 15 pts = Retro Pack 2 booster box (24 booster packs)
• 8-13 pts = Cut of the prize pool based on attendance
• 7 pts or fewer = No additional prize

-We're also running a Seasonal Tournament Leaderboard which uses the results of each tournament to determine and award special prizes to the top finishing players at the end of each season. In addition, most tournaments will feature Bounty Duelists, which at minimum will always include the current top-positioned Leaderboard players, who if defeated will earn you a bonus OTS pack!
