Join Us for Our August 2nd Power Session Event!

Get ready for a day of fun, fitness, and treats at Empire Dojo!

Here’s what you need to know:

Date: Friday, August 2nd

Ages: 3 and up (kids, teens, and adults welcome)

Time Slots: 12:00 PM, 12:45 PM, or 1:30 PM

Spots Per Time Slot: 7 (only 21 total spots available!)

Class Details: self-defense + fitness introduction

Bonus: Meet our instructors, see the dojo, and enjoy a free snowball for your whole family after class!

Special Offer: Every participant receives 2 free weeks of training at Empire Dojo.
