Women's Health Program: A Peri-Menopause/Menopause Wellness Series

This SIX-WEEK series (ending Nov. 12) provides you with actionable strategies to address key areas of menopause wellness: managing symptoms, boosting strength & energy, supportive group environment. There will be guest speakers on a variety of topics related to peri-menopause/menopause wellness and a short workout each session. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the cost is $100. This program is for any woman experiencing peri-menopause/menopause who wants to take an active role in managing her health and well-being.
