🌿 Introducing Caregiver Connections 🌿
Caring for a loved one is one of the most rewarding and meaningful roles you can take on, but it can also be overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting. That’s why Home Health and Hospice of Dickinson County is launching a new support group for caregivers right here in Abilene.
Caregiver Connections is a free, twice-monthly caregiver support group designed to encourage, uplift, and equip those who care for others. Each session will focus on a different theme: from managing stress, to finding balance, to celebrating small victories.
📅 First & Third Tuesdays of each month
🕒 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
📍 1111 N Brady St., Abilene
