Movement & Breath

Moving with the breath describes the intentional synchronization of movement with the rhythm of your breath. This is a fundamental concept in practices like yoga, particularly Vinyasa flow, where each pose and transition is linked to an inhale or exhale.

Essentially, it's about:
Conscious Breathing: Instead of just breathing naturally, you deliberately control the inhale and exhale to match your movements.

Mindful Movement: You move with intention, focusing on the sensations in your body and how the breath guides your actions.

Enhancing Mind-Body Connection: By focusing on the breath and movement together, you deepen your awareness of the present moment and strengthen the connection between your mind and body.
